How to Return a Product
Step 1: Raise a Return/Replacement Request
- Submit your request within 7 days of delivery if you receive a wrong or defective product.
- If your order has damaged/missing items, raise a request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2: Request Review
- Our team will review your return request within 2 working days.
Step 3: Product Pickup
- If approved, we will arrange a courier pickup from your address.
- If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product using a reliable courier. We will reimburse the shipping charges via PayTM Wallet or Bank Transfer.
Step 4: Verification & Resolution
- Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will verify the claim.
- Based on stock availability, we will replace the product or initiate a refund.
Conditions for Return & Replacement

Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Product Unavailability:
- If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and process a full refund.
Prepaid Orders (RTO – Returned to Origin):
- If a prepaid order is returned to us, we will process a refund after confirmation.

How to Request a Replacement
✔ Wrong/Defective Product: Send images within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement your order within 7-10 business days.
✔ Incomplete Order: Report missing items within 24 hours, and we will ship them within 7-10 business days.
✔ Damaged Product: If damaged in transit, notify us immediately with photos, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
✔ Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Check around your property or with security. If still missing, contact us at info@woodvillafurniture.com.
Terms & Conditions for Refunds & Returns
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds for partially returned kits will not be processed.
- Items purchased with discount codes will be refunded after deducting the discount amount.
- International orders: We cannot refund duties and taxes.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business
